Monday - Thursday:  9:30 am - 4:30 pm
Friday:  â€‹â€‹9:30 am to 12 noon

For new referrals

Please:

  1. complete our Patient Registration form on the Form tab, attaching your referral to us

  2. have any tests requested by the referring doctor, asap

  3. either ring us (03) 9421 1717, or               send us an email via the Contact tab, to   request an appointment

Appointment times:

Mornings on
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 
First appointment 10:00 am

We generally have a 4-5 week wait for appointments
